Everything started with needing to find a construction company to repair exterior wood work on our home. I began a search for area construction companies, navigating their web sites for the types of construction work and reading reviews posted by their customers. The LKS Construction web site showed a wide range of very high quality interior/exterior jobs-projects they had undertaken. ( I took down their info ...and continued my search). I phoned the LKS office and was greeted not by voice mail or AI but a human voice, this was my first introduction to the absolutely incredible Luiz De Souza. Luiz came a day or two later, we talked walking around the exterior areas that repair- he listened, offered solutions, took photos and said he'd provide me with an estimate in a few days time. We accepted and scheduled the work to begin. LKS has some of the best construction workers I've had the pleasure of working with. Careful, knowledgeable and meticulous craftmanship. We are very happy with the result and look forward (as things can arise) to work with LKS. It all began with meeting with Luiz and his professionalism but as important his gracious kindness and generosity.
I highly recommend this company, they were very nice to me and also their quality is the best in the area. They did everything in my house in a good time frame. Like I said again I would 100% recommend these guys and will definitely be doing more work with them!
LKS Construction has done a very professional job under the leadership of Luis De Souza. His crew were skilled in their various task from framing to sheet rocking, installing of the hardwood floor, installing connection to the HVAC, the electrical work and the finish painting. The aftermath was a wonderful bonus room left spotless when the job was done. I would highly recommend LKS Construction as an excellent contractor to employ for your minor or major project. LKS did a great job on our basement renovation. Along with finishing our laundry room they added a bathroom and redid our basement entry way. Luis was great to work with.

The LKS team did an excellent job renovating our outdated bathroom. We collaborated on the basic design and required changes to the layout. The team removed or moved some walls, built a fabulous shower, installed new lighting, outlets, switches, tile floors, and a standalone soaking tub. The entire job was professional and the LKS team were responsive to suggestions and handled any small issues quickly. We are very happy with the results and strongly recommend that you consider contacting them for your renovation needs.
I hired LKS Construction for a bathroom remodel. They worked nearly every day finishing the job in 9 days. They are very hard workers and did quality work at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend.
